Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to eligible addresses in 41 countries. Delivery availability depends on the products in your order and the exact delivery address and is confirmed at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. Supported US territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If no shipping option appears at checkout, we cannot currently accept an order to that address.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$60 or less, the applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. Shipping costs depend on the order and delivery destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal over US$60 after discounts and before taxes. The applicable threshold and eligibility are shown at checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
Expedited shipping is available only when a supported service is specifically offered for your products and delivery address at checkout. The available service and price will be displayed before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Handling time is normally 1–3 business days and transit time is normally 8–14 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 9–17 business days. Remote addresses, customs clearance, public holidays and carrier disruptions may affect delivery time. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.
