These Terms govern your use of Lilixa.store and purchases made through the store. Lilixa.store is operated by Sawyglobe LLC. Please read these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory rule applicable to your purchase, that rule takes precedence.

Using the store

You must have the legal capacity to place an order or act with the appropriate permission of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and keep any account credentials secure.

You must not use the store for fraud or unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or introduce harmful code.

Products and descriptions

Please review product descriptions, measurements, materials, care instructions and available options before ordering. Sizes may differ between products, so use the information provided for the specific item.

Screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your right to receive goods that match their description. Contact us if information is unclear or if a product differs materially from what was advertised.

Prices and checkout

The applicable product price, checkout currency, shipping charge and taxes collected through checkout are displayed before payment. Review the final total before placing your order.

Discounts apply according to their stated conditions. Price changes do not alter the agreed price of an existing order. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Orders and confirmation

Placing an order submits a request to purchase the selected goods and authorises the payment described at checkout. We will send an order confirmation using the contact information you provide.

If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, payment fails or a legal restriction applies, we will inform you promptly and refund any payment for goods that will not be supplied. Suspected fraud may require additional verification.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. These provisions do not give us a right to disregard a binding contract or your mandatory rights.

International checkout providers

For some destinations, checkout may identify a separate seller or merchant of record handling the international transaction. Where this applies, the provider's identity and relevant terms will be presented before you place the order. This does not change the identity of the operator of Lilixa.store or remove your mandatory consumer rights.

Payment

Shipping and delivery

Delivery availability, charges and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and in the information provided for your order. Items may be dispatched from different warehouses and arrive separately.

Contact us if delivery is delayed, a parcel is missing or goods arrive damaged. Carrier tracking does not override your rights concerning delivery or the seller's responsibilities under applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request a cancellation, exercise a right of withdrawal, return eligible goods or report a problem.

Our change-of-mind return period does not shorten statutory guarantees or mandatory rights concerning faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Website content and intellectual property

Website content, branding and other protected material belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may use the store for personal shopping and retain information needed for your purchase or legal rights.

Other reproduction or commercial use requires the relevant rights holder's permission unless permitted by law.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or prevent you from using a court, consumer authority or dispute-resolution procedure available under applicable law. Any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available in your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the store and future purchases. An update does not retrospectively reduce the rights or change the agreed conditions of an order already placed, except where required by law or expressly agreed with you.
