Where do you deliver?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders over US$40 in merchandise after discounts and before taxes. For other checkout currencies, the applicable threshold is shown before payment. For orders of US$40 or less, the available shipping charge is shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and warehouse. Review the product's delivery information and our Shipping Policy before ordering. Items may arrive in separate parcels.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, use the link in your shipping confirmation email. Each parcel may have its own tracking link. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once fulfilment has started. This does not affect any applicable right to withdraw from your purchase.
Can I return an item?
You may notify us of a return within 14 days after receiving your items. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. Conditions and legally permitted exceptions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Your rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited to 14 days.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
