14-day returns
You may notify us that you wish to return an eligible item within 14 calendar days after receiving it. This change-of-mind return policy is subject to the exceptions below and does not limit any additional rights you have under applicable law.
To notify us, email support@lilixa.store with a clear statement that you wish to return the item or withdraw from your purchase. Please include your order number and identify the items concerned so we can locate your order. You do not need to give a reason.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the withdrawal period is calculated under the law applicable to your order. For EU and UK consumers, it normally ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. Where goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period normally runs from receipt of the last item, lot or piece, as applicable.
Sending your withdrawal notice before the applicable deadline is sufficient. Your statutory right of withdrawal does not depend on our approval or on using a particular form.
Sending your return
After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after your notice, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Sending the goods before that deadline is sufficient.
We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please request these promptly. Do not send items to the address printed on the shipping parcel or to our business correspondence address. Return destinations may vary by product or warehouse.
Keep proof of postage and any available tracking details. Contact us promptly if you have not received the return instructions or encounter a problem arranging the return. Our instructions do not make a statutory withdrawal subject to approval.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect items as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit, as you would reasonably do in a shop. Please avoid wearing, washing, altering or otherwise using items beyond what is necessary for that inspection.
Return all included accessories and, where possible, the original tags and packaging. For a statutory withdrawal, missing packaging or tags alone does not automatically remove your right to return the goods.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may deduct a demonstrable reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. We will explain any such deduction. No restocking fee applies to a valid statutory withdrawal.
Return shipping costs
You pay the direct cost of return shipping for a change-of-mind return, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover it. Returns may need to be sent internationally, and international postage may cost more than domestic postage. Contact us before ordering if you need information about the return destination for a particular product.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, contact us before arranging return shipping so we can provide an appropriate solution. We will cover necessary return costs where required by applicable law.
Exceptions to change-of-mind returns
Where legally permitted, the following are excluded from change-of-mind returns:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed after delivery.
Items are not automatically excluded merely because they are swimwear, jewellery, underwear or beauty products. A hygiene exception applies only where the relevant legal conditions are met. Sale or discounted items are not excluded solely because of their reduced price.
These exceptions do not restrict your rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method. We do not charge a fee for issuing a refund.
For a statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
For other eligible change-of-mind returns under this policy, we will issue the refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned goods. Any shorter mandatory deadline remains applicable.
When you withdraw from the entire order under a statutory right of withdrawal, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refunded unless required by law. For a partial return, any refund of outbound delivery charges will be determined by applicable law.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund after we issue it. If you have not received an expected refund, contact support@lilixa.store.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, is not as described or develops a fault. Please provide your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us assess the issue, but they are not a blanket condition for exercising your legal rights.
We will provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable law. The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and your legal rights.
The 14-day change-of-mind return period does not limit statutory guarantees, rights concerning faulty goods or longer mandatory claim periods. The change-of-mind exceptions and inspection conditions above do not remove those rights.
Cancellations and exchanges
Contact support@lilixa.store immediately if you wish to cancel an order or request an address change. Once fulfilment has started, we may be unable to stop shipment or change the delivery address. Any applicable right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
If you would like a different size or item, contact us about returning the original item and placing a new order. Replacement availability and prices may vary. This process does not limit any right to a replacement for faulty or incorrect goods.
