Delivery destinations
We offer delivery to eligible addresses in Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. Supported US territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Availability depends on the product and exact delivery address. If no shipping option is available at checkout, we cannot currently accept an order to that address.
Order processing
Processing times vary by product and warehouse. Orders may be fulfilled directly by our supply partners from different warehouse locations. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.

Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Delivery to remote addresses and US territories may take longer. Customs clearance and carrier disruptions may also affect delivery times.

Shipping charges and free shipping
Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal over US$60 after discounts and before taxes. This offer applies to eligible delivery destinations and standard shipping only.
For orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$60 or less, the applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. When checking out in another currency, refer to the free-shipping eligibility and shipping charge displayed at checkout.
Expedited shipping is available only when a supported service is specifically offered for your products and delivery address at checkout.
Taxes and customs
Tax and customs arrangements vary by destination. Any taxes or duties collected through our checkout are shown before payment. Free shipping refers to the shipping charge and does not, by itself, mean that taxes or import duties are included.
Where import charges are payable separately, the applicable arrangement must be disclosed before purchase as required by law. If the treatment of taxes or duties for your destination is unclear, contact support@lilixa.store before ordering.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, we provide the tracking details with your shipping confirmation. Items sent in separate parcels may have separate tracking references and arrive on different days.
Delivery address and changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact support@lilixa.store immediately and include your order number. Changes may not be possible once fulfilment has begun.
Lost, damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact support@lilixa.store with your order number and a description of the problem so we can investigate with the carrier.
A tracking status alone does not remove your statutory rights. We remain responsible for providing the remedies required by applicable law.
