We review every request by hand. You will receive an email with the next steps, including the return address and any reference number, if a shipment is required. Please wait for that email before sending anything back.
EU and UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Use the form below, or send any clear statement of withdrawal to support@lilixa.store. Returns from outside the United States are arranged individually, and in most cases we settle the refund without asking you to ship the item back.
